As our horses age or face health challenges, we want the best life possible for them. In older horses or those with chronic health issues, the right feed can help ensure a comfortable, productive and happy life. Our feeds for special needs horses have subtle, yet essential differences. For example, to give ailing horses more stamina and strength, we fortify feeds with added vitamins. For horses plagued with laminitis, we reduce the starches that aggravate that ailment. For older horses with digestive issues, we boost the quality of the feed’s fiber content. We formulate each product to deal with special nutritional needs, from obesity to metabolic problems such as carbohydrate sensitivity.
